The objectives of the Silver League
- To give mature male persons who have attained at least their 43rd birthday in that calendar year an opportunity to participate in the great game of softball.
- To focus on good sportsmanship and conduct. This is a prerequisite for all who choose to participate. The Board has the right to act on all instances of misconduct.
- To afford all members an opportunity to play regardless of age or athletic ability.
- To promote activity that the whole family can enjoy.
- To make the League and games enjoyable for all.

Silver League has access to automated external defibrillator (AED) equipment for a cardiac emergency. If an AED is needed, call 911, begin CPR when appropriate, turn on the AED, and follow its prompts.
If someone has an implanted pacemaker or defibrillator, do not place an AED pad directly over the implanted device. The presence of an implant by itself is not a reason to delay indicated AED treatment.
Players with specific medical concerns or emergency-care preferences should discuss them with their manager or division representative and use the applicable registration-form option.
